TASTING NOTES

Intense, bright straw yellow with silver reflections.
Wonderfully penetrating aroma of pineapple and honeydew melon, fine yellow tropical fruit, Golden Delicious apple, fine wood spice, a hint of cloves, delicate herbal nuances.
Wonderfully juicy on the palate, complex and yet with a pleasant fresh-salty minerality, animating acidity structure, lots of stone fruit on the palate, creamy melting, some vanilla, delicate roasted aromas, delicately spicy, some caramel and nougat notes, apple and pear fruit on the finish.
A great wine with plenty of potential and great drinking pleasure that you will definitely not forget!
