TASTING NOTES

Deep, dark ruby red with a black core, violet reflections and delicate rim brightening.
Wonderful dark berry fruit nose, cocoa powder, roasted raspberry nose, black pepper, spicy notes, ripe cherries.
Powerful body, dark fruity, ripe sour cherries, plums, Mon-Cheri, cranberries, roasted berries, fine herbal spice, licorice, some eucalyptus, black olives, delicate sweetness, velvety tannins, smoky-roasted, juicy acidity, slightly earthy notes with fresh, slightly salty minerality, full-bodied, taut, well-balanced wine with an elegant, long-lasting finish.
